Referencing and avoiding plagiarism In-Person

Does referencing sometimes seem like a complex art? In this session we will introduce you to the basic principles of referencing and steer you in the right direction for correct sourcing. You will learn about the key features of referencing and the terminology you’ll need to understand to get started. In addition the session introduces the topic of plagiarism, what counts as plagiarism and how you can avoid it in your academic career and beyond. Booking is essential and closes at 9:00 am on 26 April 2017.
