Paying for Open Access Publishing Online
In this session, we look at how the University Library can support you where the option to publish Open Access will incur a charge. You will learn when and how you apply to have Article Processing Charges (APCs) or Book Processing Charges (BPCs) covered by the University Library Open Access fund. We discuss what publisher agreements and discount schemes are available to you as the corresponding author affiliated with Northumbria University and where the fees associated with Open Access publishing are reduced or removed.
