Publishing and research skills with IEEE In-Person
Join a specialist from Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) for a practical workshop designed for postgraduate researchers and academic staff. This session will introduce effective techniques for searching within IEEE Xplore, helping you find influential papers, track leading authors, and stay up to date with research in your field.
The session will also cover how to publish with IEEE. You will learn how to structure a high-quality paper, choose an appropriate journal or conference, and navigate the submission and peer-review process. Guidance will also be provided on common reasons papers are rejected and how to improve your chances of successful publication.
